 Any Chance of having our own wee section for canoe polo, like the other disciplines. I know we are having our summer break, but things do happen and it would be also great if someone from canoe polo (active person) could have access to the callender so we can post dates for tournaments and other information thats relavent.

 Dug, Canoe Polo is generally organised 3 mounths prior and post new year. That is to say October, November, December, January, February and March are generally when tournaments are organised. The Scottish Canoe Polo Championships are held just prior to the season beginning (ish). As for Div three, I thought there was a Div three last year. I could be wrong. B)

Where is your club situated. Stirling Canoe Club is starting Canoe Polo training on 24th June 2004. We are again looking to have two teams in division two. Training is at the University (Stirling) Loch. This year we are looking to do a wee run round the campus prior to training. We have a pitch on the Loch and costs a whopping £1.00.

A HUGE thanks goes out to the SNOWIE group for aiding Stirling Canoe Polo team in purchasing more kit.
If you want more information in SCC Polo check out the web site, specifically the forums pages. stirlingcanoeclub.org.uk

We are situated in Edinburgh (Heriot watt uni). I did not think there was a div 3 last year as i used to play in Div 3 with Selkirk canoe club but the league stopped about 2/3 years ago, kinda just disintigrated mid season :-(. Which was really annoying as we were hammering everyone and were gonna get promoted :P
Do u know the email address of teh Div3/Div2 orginiser depending on if there is a div 3 again?

thanx

 Dug, our contact for Div two is Paul, his e-mail address is paul@smith611.fsnet.co.uk .
The committee has information on the canoe polo page at http://www.scot-canoe.org/canoe/index.htm They might be able to give information on Div 3 or entry to Div 2.

All the best.

Hello Polo People!

You've now got your own area of the message board - have fun! :D

In answer to Jim's first post - there should be some one in the polo scene who contributes to the web site and has access to the server to post stuff. If you don't know who it is or some one new wants to take over please contact the webmaster.
