Canoe Polo is a competitive game usually played in a swimming pool between teams of 5 players. Games are fairly short, usually 6 minutes each way, and the object of the game is to score goals using a size 5 football. The ball may be thrown from hand to hand or flicked with the paddle. The goals are metal frames measuring 1.5m x 1m and are hung 2m off the water surface at each end of the pool.

Canoe Polo in Scotland is well structured, although it is still an area of growth. There are at present 5 senior national leagues and several local leagues together with various Championship and International tournaments. For more information contact any member of the Committee.
