Following
discussions with local farmers, landowners, Gwynedd Council,
MAFF and the Environment Agency, I can now confirm that we
will run the Premier Race rescheduled from 4th March on 25th
March. Control measures are in place and some restrictions
to access of parts of the site will be necessary (no access
the stilling basin area or far river bank) which I'm sure
everyone will understand and cooperate with.
If possible,
do not bring dogs with you, or if you must, please ensure
that they are close by you at all times. Apart from Foot &
Mouth it is the lambing season.
Those
Div1 and below paddlers who had entered the original race
because of England selection, will receive a refund of their
entry fees. If you would still like to paddle you'll be most
welcome to come and judge. We are always short of judges so
if you're not paddling, please come anyway and help out.
