The track to access the river is private. Vehicles are not allowed without permission, so walk unless you have permission.

There is an ugly tree blockage on the lower gorge with some new wood extending the trap. The blockage appears on river left just after a left hand bend. The only safe route is on extreme river right down what at all but very high flows is a shallow and rocky chicken chute. Caution definitely required!
