Long Upstream from Bridge of Isla to disused railway bridge before Couttie Bridge and return to finish at Bridge of Isla
Short Upstream from Bridge of Isla to 3rd island, return to Bridge of Isla, upstream to 1st island, return to finish at Bridge of Isla
Mini Upstream from Bridge of Isla to 1st island, return to finish at Bridge of Isla.

In the event of low rainfall, portages may be required over shingle within the first mile. Overstern rudders are recommended at normal water levels.
