Tiso have
again excelled themselves with a series of autumn lectures.
These include "The Inside Passage" by Clare Jones.
Clare
will also be giving a talk at the Scottish
Paddlesport Festival.

Inside Passage

Stretching
from Vancouver in Canada to Juneau in Southern Alaska is the
Inside Passage. This summer two British women set out to be
the first all female kayak expedition to paddle its entire
length, a journey covering over 1000 miles of coastal water.
Following
a route that took them to some of the world's most dramatic
settings and remotest places they spent three months paddling
unassisted through this unrelentingly wild environment. Journalist,
photographer and paddler, Clare Jones will speak about her
experiences in this beautiful but testing landscape and what
it truly meant to be a 'wild woman'.
