This year's Open Canoe Symposium is being held at Glenmore
Lodge, Aviemore in Scotland.
The planning
for this years event is now nearly complete. The varied programme
is designed to suit all and includes half day and full day
workshops from advanced white water techniques in traditional
boats to monster spotting on Loch Ness. We have early evening
workshops including "expedition food" & "canoe
rolling", there's also a ceilidh on the Saturday evening.
Plans
are being finalised to bring a surprise guest over from North
America, on previous events we have had the World Flatwater
freestyle Champion & the World White Water Freestyle Champion
leading coaching sessions.
