How do
you think food risks should be communicated to
the general public?
A combined
team from The University of Manchester and The
University of Leeds are currently conducting research into
food
risk communications. The three-year research project is funded
by the UK Food Standards Agency and seeks to better
understand the expectations, needs and values of diverse
stakeholder groups in relation to the communication of food
risks.
The research
team are currently looking for participants, in the
UK, who are willing to complete a short questionnaire booklet.
The booklets take between 10-15 minutes to complete and
need to be returned by October 7th.
If you
are interested in receiving a copy of the questionnaire, please
contact either Duncan Shaw dshaw@man.mbs.ac.uk/ 0161 275 6469
or Jo Schofield js@lubs.leeds.ac.uk/ 0113 233 4510 providing
a contact postal address and stating where you heard about
this
research.
