What do you think of this cunning plan ??
Depending on who is free for Sunday and the water levels are ok,The River Orchy from the falls of Orchy to Dalmany Bridge about 11k grade 3.
Or we can do a training session on some easy bit of water , for anybody out there who is not yet that confident paddling an openboat front ferries, back ferries, carving eddy turns, crossover strokes etc and maybe some rescue work .

give us a shout GREYTOWEL

Greytowel,

I'd be up for a bit of practicing on the 30th, but grade 3 is rather beyond my comfort (and skill) zone!

Greytowel,

this plan stinks....................just don't do it!!!!

because I cannot make this weekend.............. :(

I'm going green with envy just thinking about it.

Oh well, have a goood time. Think about me at the in laws. Still, I am going to pick up a Guide so maybe I shouldn't complain too much.

I'll mention it to Ralph tomorrow.

HI Eric
The water level on the Orchy is a wee bit low maybe if we take our mountain bikes we could maybe get down , so I think we will have a training session on the Teith , Meet at SCA layby around 10 ,

Hi tony
give us a shout when you come back up the road , the Mad River Guide is supposed to be quite nippy in running water it woeld be good boat to compare with the Supernova you could maybe write up a review,

Greytowel,

A training session on the Teith sounds great. I'll see you on Sunday.

Cheers,

Eric
