Forthcoming Legislation

The SCA keeps an eye on new legislation which might affect paddlers. In the pipeline are changes to the EU Bathing Water Directive and to the laws relating to the Foreshore and Seabed. The SCA has also provided a response (Word doc) to a consultation on proposed new legislation regarding non-native species.
